Will have to reinstall the Pro version again later tonight.ĥ. Don't understand what's wrong with the Pro version all of a sudden. I then uninstalled it and tried the Express version and that seems to work. Decided to do a reinstall (w/o uninstalling), still the same problem. The splash screen would launch but the program itself doesn't. At the end of the night, I turned off my computer and this morning, after rebooting, the program doesn't work anymore. I didn't reboot after installing it yesterday and everything was working fine. In ACDSee, I can use the Tab button to switch focus between the folder pane and the file pane and have the use of the keyboard to move around. This makes maneuvering a pain because I have to use the mouse to change to a different folder each time instead of just using the keyboard arrow buttons. Once a folder is selected the focus then jumps to the files/thumbnails pane. Haven't found a way to move between folders in the folder pane using the keyboard. You don't lose focus like this in ACDSee.ģ. After creating the subfolder in Folder 2, I have to go back to Folder 1 to select my files. If I am browsing Folder 1 and would like to create a subfolder in Folder 2 (by right clicking Folder 2 and choosing New Folder) because I want to put files from Folder 1 into the newly created subfolder, the focus goes to Folder 2. Choosing another folder in the folder list pane (left side by default) takes focus away from the first one. I think that's how it works (it could be vice-versa).Ģ. If you drag files from one folder to another folder in another drive, it's a copy. But dragging with left click gives you no context menu options - it's like Windows Explorer (I think) in that if you drag files to another folder within the same directory, it's a move. It seems like you can only drag with left click in CompuPic as the moment you right click, the context menu pops up.
